About Us
Garett Thibodeaux, O.D.
Garett has been serving St Martin Parish as a family optometrist since 2008. A native of Scott, La, Dr. Thibodeaux graduated from St. Thomas More Catholic High School and University of Louisiana. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in 2006.
Dr. Thibodeaux is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Optometric Association of Louisiana, and the Acadiana Optometric Society. In 2010, the Optometric Association of Louisiana awarded him the Young Optometrist of the Year while serving as President of the Acadiana Optometric Society.
Dr. Thibodeaux is married to his high school sweetheart, Meghan Preis Thibodeaux. They are blessed with twins, Madeline and Griffin, who keep them busy and on their toes.
Raina Angelle
Raina is from Breaux Bridge, LA. She has worked in eye care for 17 years, 15 of which alongside Dr. Thibodeaux. For much of her career, Raina has been a Certified Para-Optometric. As optical manager, she oversees all of the optical operations from ordering frames and lenses to assisting patients with eyewear purchasing and dispensing. She is also capable of assisting with reception, scheduling, and clinical patient care.
Kaylyn Knott
Kaylyn is a 2005 graduate of Cecilia High School. She has been working in healthcare for 16 years. She joined the Breaux Bridge Eye Care team in 2013. Her role includes reception, billing and insurance, optical support, and clinical support. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Olivia Patin
Olivia is a graduate of John Paul the Great Academy. She has been in healthcare for 8 years and with Breaux Bridge Eye Care since September 2020. Her role includes check-in, optical support, and ophthalmic technician. Out of the office, she enjoys playing tennis, hunting, and spending quality time with her husband, Ian.
Ali Malorin
Ali is a graduate of Cecilia Highschool and ULL. She joined Breaux Bridge Eye Care in March 2022 with 3 years of eye care experience. Her roles include ophthalmic technician and optical support. In her free time, Ali enjoys coaching workout classes, CrossFit with her husband, Hunter, and loving her daughter Gia.
Madeline McLaurin
Madeline has been working for Dr. Thibodeaux since January 2023. She is a Cecilia High graduate, and currently resides in Arnaudville, LA. She is a junior at Louisiana State University at Eunice and is currently in the LSUE Nursing Program to obain her RN License. In the moments she is not on campus or work, she is a member and coach over at CrossFit Acadiana.
Taren Arceneaux
Taren is an Iota High Graduate. She attended ULL, and finished at SLCC with a degree in Media Design. Outside of work she enjoys catching up on the latest movies with her husband, and making her son Bowie laugh.
